Does anyone have a Bisquick Sugar Cookie recipe?
I'm looking for a recipe I made quite a few years ago. It was a Bisquick Sugar Cookie recipe. It was on the back of the box at the time I made it however, I did not write it down. I can't seem to find it online and had zero luck on the Bisquick site itself. All I've come across online are recipes with pudding, I don't want that. If you know this recipe, I'd really appreciate it!Does anyone have a Bisquick Sugar Cookie recipe?

Healthy Cookie Recipes?
Anybody have easy and healthy recipes for baking cookies? Thanks :)Healthy Cookie Recipes?
You can use unsweetened carob, or grain sweetened chocolate chips, or do what I did and chop up 2/3 of a bar of Scharffen berger 70%. I sort-of shaved half the bar with a knife and then cut the rest into bigger chip-sized chunks. You can make your own almond meal by pulsing almonds in a food processor until it is the texture of sand - don't go too far or you'll end up with almond butter. And lastly, the coconut oil works beautifully here, just be sure to warm it a bit - enough that it is no longer solid, which makes it easier to incorporate into the bananas. If you have gluten allergies, seek out GF oats.
3 large, ripe bananas, well mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil, barely warm - so it isn't solid (or alternately, olive oil)
2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup almond meal
1/3 cup coconut, finely shredded %26amp; unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 - 7 ounces chocolate chips or dark chocolate bar chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, racks in the top third.
In a large bowl combine the bananas, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Set aside. In another bowl whisk together the oats, almond meal, shredded coconut, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks/chips.The dough is a bit looser than a standard cookie dough, don't worry about it. Drop dollops of the dough, each about 2 teaspoons in size, an inch apart, onto a parchment (or Silpat) lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 - 14 minutes. I baked these as long as possible without burning the bottoms and they were perfect - just shy of 15 minutes seems to be about right in my oven.Healthy Cookie Recipes?

If you really are interested in eating healthy you really should start focusing on veggies, fruits, lean proteins and forget about the goodies. If you are not interested in weight watch or staying healthy you can find recipes online for cookies that are better than the ones in the store. Also what I learned from a nutritionist was you can cut up to half the amount of sugar in almost every baking recipe. After you have cut down on your sugar you will find someone else's will taste way to sweet to you so you will not want it. Also if a recipe calls for a baking item that has baking powder or baking soda in it than you can sub half the white flour for whole wheat pastry flour to make it more healthy. Making sure you use the proper oils will also be of help.healthy skin

You can buy the rolls of cookie dough at the grocery store in the frozen foods section. Just slice 'em and bake. They cost about the same as you would pay for the ingredients to make them yourself and they are very good. They will look and taste homemade. That's about as simple as it gets.

Great cookie recipes... :S?
Tomorrow is like the ';Welcome back to School!'; kind of day, and I love baking... I would love to make some chocolate chip cookies, (or any other kind that you know is really good :))... the only problem is that I don't have a great recipe that would make people fall in love with them ;) Just wondering if anyone has any ideas for me???
Thanks a bunch :)Great cookie recipes... :S?
Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 whole large egg, at room temperature
1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups flour [see Baker鈥檚 note]
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon extra fine salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup [1 1/2 sticks] unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 cups dark-as-you-want-em chocolate chips
Method
Heat oven to 325掳. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Crack the whole egg into a small dish. Add the egg yolk and the vanilla extract; set aside.
Set a sifter over a small bowl or rest on a piece of wax or parchment paper. Add the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and sift into the bowl; set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. Beat in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla until light and creamy. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Drop cookie dough by the tablespoon measure onto prepared cookie sheets [I keep the measure hot and clean in a tall glass of hot tap water between scoops]. Turn the measured dough over to see which side has the most chips and put that side up. Place any chips that might escape on top. Cookies should be about 2 inches apart. I get 6 cookies on a half-sheet baking pan.
Bake for 9 minutes. Turn pans back to front and top to bottom and bake another 6 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before sliding parchment with cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
Store cookies air-tight. To ensure next-day freshness, put a slice of bread in the container with the cookies.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
Baker鈥檚 note: I employ the scoop and sweep method of measuring flour. Mix flour to aerate. Scoop and heap into measuring cup over flour container. With a butter knife, tap the handle of the measure 3 times. Slide the blade evenly across the flour to level it off.

2 whole large egg
3 large egg yolk
1 tablespoon
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
then add 1 cup of whatever you like to eat in your cookies to make them tasty eg. chocolate chips, peanuts, raisins, bits of candy bars....
you can use a beater but use it at medium speed
preheat the oven at 350f at middle rack.
get a cookie sheet ready for the cookies to go on (use parchment paper if you want)
when the cookie batter is ready reduce the heat to 325f and cook them for 10-15 minutes.
this recipe takes about 20 mins to prepare and serves around 30 people.
