I am looking for a great cookie recipe?

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES.





1 CUP OF SUGAR


1 CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER


1 EGG





BAKE FOR 10 MIN AT 350 DEGREES. LET COOL FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES. TRY ADDING CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES.I am looking for a great cookie recipe?
Monster Cookies





Makes 3 dozen





3 eggs


1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar


1 cup granulated sugar


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 12-ounce jar creamy peanut butter


1 stick butter, softened


1/2 cup multi-colored chocolate candies


1/2 cup chocolate chips


1/4 cup raisins, optional


2 teaspoons baking soda


4 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)





Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or nonstick baking mats.


In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Mix well. Stir in the chocolate candies, chocolate chips, raisins, if using, baking soda, and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.





Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake. Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool. When cool, store in large resealable plastic bags.I am looking for a great cookie recipe?
if you like macadamia cookies they are good I would give you the recipe. it also has white chocolate.

1/2 tsp baking soda

6 ounce bag white chocolate chips


7 ounce jar macadamia nuts crushed


1/2 cup butter softened


1/2 cup light brown sugar


preheat the oven to 375 degrees, into a large bowl measure flour, butter, sugar, vanilla, baking soda , salt, egg and 1 tbsp water, with mixer on low, beat until blended. stir in chocolate and nuts. drop by level tbsp's 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. bake 10 to 15 minutes until done. cool on wire rack or what ever you got. this is a good recipe. ¾ cup butter or margarine


3 cups graham cracker crumbs


1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


1 cup butterscotch chips


1 cup mini-marshmallows


1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk


Cooking spray








1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat a 9” X 13” baking pan with cooking spray.


2. Combine butter with graham cracker crumbs and press into prepared pan to form an even layer.


3. Evenly layer chocolate and butterscotch chips on top of cracker crumbs.


4. Top with evenly distributed mini-marshmallows.


5. Pour sweetened condensed milk over all.


6. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly


7. Allow pan to cool on a wire rack.


8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.








Surprise Cookies





1 roll (18 oz.) Peanut Butter or Sugar Cookies


18 mini Snickers or Milky Way candy bars








1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.





2. Divide cookie dough into 18-1 tablespoon pieces and flatten.





3. Place one unwrapped mini candy bar in center of each piece of cookie dough.





4. Form dough into a ball around candy bar.





5. Place cookie balls on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.





6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.





Option: Gently blend 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour with cookie dough prior to dividing for firmer dough.








CAKE MIX COOKIES





1 box chocolate cake mix*


1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened


2 eggs


1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips**








1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly grease a cookie sheet.


2. Combine butter with eggs*** in a large mixing bowl.


3. Gradually add cake mix to butter mixture.


4. Stir in chocolate chips**.


5. Drop a rounded teaspoon full of dough onto prepared cookie sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.


6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.


7. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack.








* Any flavor of cake mix may be substituted for chocolate.





** 1 cup of raisins, nuts, M %26amp; M Candies, coconut, dates, butterscotch chips, or any other favorites may be added


to or substituted for chocolate chips; or cookies may be


left plain.





** To change or enhance the flavor of cookies add 1 teaspoon


of any type extract such as almond, butter, peppermint, etc.
try this recipe altho you might want to double or triple d recipe coz it yields a small batch.if you want it soft n chewy,under bake it.





choco chip cookies





1/2 c butter (1 stick)


1/4 c white sugar


1/2 c brown sugar


1/2 t vanilla


1 c flour + 2 T flour


1/2 t salt


1 egg


1/2 c chopped walnuts (opt)


1 c semi-sweet choco chips











Preheat oven 350 F/ 180 C.





Cream butter and sugars.





Add egg and vanilla.





Sift dry ingredients.





Add in flour mixture.





Add chips and nuts.





Drop in cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.

try the toll house cookie recipe for chocolate chip cookies. BUT only use half the butter. The result is a lovely, chewy poofy delight.
