Simple Cookie Recipes ? ?

Does anyone have a simple Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe and a M%26amp;M cookie recipe ?

well i thought this is pretty simply so yeah:





ingredients:


250mL flour


1mL salt


3mL baking soda


few grams of nutmeg and allspice


60mL margarine


125mL brown sugar


1egg


1mL vanilla


80mL chocolate chip/m%26amp;ms





instructions:


1. preheat oven to 350F and grease cookie sheet


2. sift the flour, salt, baking soda, and spices together


3. cream(kind of like stirring) fat in separate bowl and add sugar


gradually


4. add egg and vanilla and beat


5. stir dry ingredients, then chocolate chips/m%26amp;ms in egg mixture


6. spoon onto cookie sheet


7. bake for 15-18min

EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES





1 yellow or white box cake mix (yellow is better)


1/2 c. oil


2 eggs


1 c. chocolate chips


1 c. nuts (optional)


1 c. coconut (optional)





Blend all ingredients well. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts and/or coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen. Do not over bake very light brown around edges.

M %26amp; M COOKIES





1 c. shortening


1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed


1/2 c. granulated sugar


2 eggs


2 tsp. vanilla


2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour


1 tsp. baking soda


1 tsp. salt


1 1/2 c. plain M %26amp; Ms (3/4 lb. pkg.)





Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla thoroughly. Mix together flour, soda and salt. Add dry ingredients gradually to mixture, mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup plain M %26amp; Ms. Reserve remaining candies for decorating. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased baking sheet. Decorate tops of cookies with remaining M %26amp; Ms. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown. Makes about 6 dozen (2 1/2 inch) cookies.



EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES





2 c. flour


1 1/2 c. sugar


1/2 bag chocolate chips (small)


2 sticks butter, melted


2 eggs





Combine ingredients, mix well. Grease cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon-drop or roll out cookies, put in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (using a cake mix)





1 yellow or white box cake mix (yellow is better)


1/2 c. oil


2 eggs


1 c. chocolate chips


1 c. nuts (optional)





Blend all ingredients well. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes (until edges are very light brown). Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.

M%26amp;M'S® COOKIES (using a cake mix)





1 box yellow cake mix (not pudding type)


1/4 c. oil


1/4 c. water


1/2 lb. M%26amp;M'S®


1 egg, beaten


4 tsp. vanilla





Mix together ingredients in a large bowl. Drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet. Put about 3 M%26amp;M'S® on each cookie before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 36 cookies.

M%26amp;M'S® COOKIES





1 c. shortening


2 tsp. vanilla


1 c. brown sugar


1/2 c. white sugar


2 1/4 c. flour


1 tsp. baking soda


1 1/2 c. M%26amp;M'S® plain


2 eggs


1 tsp. salt





Blend shortening and sugar in bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients. Stir in candy. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

You can buy the rolls of cookie dough at the grocery store in the frozen foods section. Just slice 'em and bake. They cost about the same as you would pay for the ingredients to make them yourself and they are very good. They will look and taste homemade. That's about as simple as it gets.
