What is ms.field's cookie recipe, my friend made some and said that i should try hard to find the recipe but..

MRS. FIELD'S COOKIES





2 c. butter


2 c. brown sugar


2 c. sugar





4 eggs


2 tsp. vanilla





4 c. flour


5 c. oatmeal (put sm. amts. at a time in blender until it turns to a powder)


1 tsp. salt


2 tsp. baking powder


2 tsp. baking soda





24 oz. chocolate chips


1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated


3 c. chopped nuts (any kind)





Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Make golf-ball sized cookies. Place 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes.What is ms.field's cookie recipe, my friend made some and said that i should try hard to find the recipe but..

Mrs. Fields庐 Chocolate Chip Cookies





1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter


1/2 cup granulated sugar


1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar


2 eggs


2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract


2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour


3/4 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon baking powder


1 teaspoon baking soda


1 1/2 twelve-ounce bags semisweet chocolate chips





1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.


3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.


4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.


5. Stir in the chocolate chips.


6. With your fingers, place golf ball-sized dough portions 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.


7. Bake for 9-10 minutes or just until edges are light brown. Makes 30 cookies.

Recipe may be halved): 2 cups butter


4 cups flour


2 tsp. baking soda


2 cups granulated sugar


2 cups brown sugar


5 cups blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal and blend in blender to a fine powder)


24 oz. chocolate chips


1 tsp. salt


1 8 oz. Hershey bar (grated)


4 eggs


2 tsp. baking powder


3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)


2 tsp. vanilla








Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet..Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies.. Have Fun!!!

DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).


Cream together butter or margarine, white sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.


Mix together in a separate bowl: salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour and oatmeal (put small amounts of oatmeal in blender until it turns to powder. Measure out 5 cups of oatmeal and only ';powderize'; that, NOT 5 cups ';powderized'; oatmeal).


Mix all of the above.


Add: chocolate chips, grated chocolate bar, and chopped nuts (any kind).


Bake on greased cookie sheet (make golf ball sized balls) and bake about two inches apart. Bake for 8 -10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.





Cream


2 Cups of Butter


2 Cups of Sugar


2 Cups of Brown Sugar


4 Beaten Eggs


2 Tbls Vanilla


(Mix together)








Seperate Bowl


4 Cups of Flour


5 Cups of Oatmeal (put in blender first until powder)


(Mix together)





Then


1 tspn Salt


2 tspn Baking Powder


2 tspn Baking Soda


(Mix together)


(Mix dry ingredients together)





Add


24 ozs of Chocolate Chips


8 ozs of Plain Hershey Bar (grated)


3 Cups of Chopped Nuts (optional)


(Add to dry ingredients)





(Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thouroughly)





On an ungreased cookie sheet, spoon out golf ball sized cookie


dough balls onto the sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 11 minutes. Degrees and time can vary depending on the oven.








The original recipie calls for all the best ingredients...no cutting on brand names or such...and they use real butter.
