It looks like a chocolate truffle.
It usually takes a lot if skill and experience to make chocolate truffles like the one in the picture. However, I remember Alton Brown had a show about making them at home.

looks like a chocolate truffle- could be covered in white chocolate with some pink colouring,
so no baking needed, just google chocolate truffle recipes

Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients:
3 cups (18 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Coatings (optional): Finely chopped toasted nuts, flaked coconut, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, unsweetened cocoa powder, confectioners' sugar or colored sugars
Preparation:
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 2 to 3 hours
1. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
2. Pour into medium bowl. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
3. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in desired coating and/or decorate with frosting and candies. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
- Amaretto: Omit vanilla. Add 3 tablespoons amaretto or other almond-flavored liqueur and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Roll in finely chopped toasted almonds.
- Orange: Omit vanilla. Add 3 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur. Roll in finely chopped toasted almonds mixed with finely grated orange rind.
- Rum: Omit vanilla. Add 1/4 cup dark rum. Roll in flaked coconut. Bourbon: Omit vanilla. Add 3 tablespoons bourbon. Roll in finely chopped toasted nuts.

2 squares BAKER'S White Chocolate
LINE each of two muffin cups from medium muffin tin with piece of foil; freeze 5 min.
MICROWAVE chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1-1/2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle with spoon onto bottoms and up sides of prepared cups. Freeze an additional 5 min. or until chocolate is firm. Carefully remove cups from pan; gently peel off and discard foil.
Substitute
This recipe also works well when prepared with Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate.
Make Ahead
